1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The product received is different from what was ordered.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note:

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders.
• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
• Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and images of the damaged or defective product.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

• Orders can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
